Cleanliness, Staff, food, location.

My second stay in 2 weeks- I asked them to try and have a room ready very early, and they did, and also remembered me. Much appreciated and guarantees I will stay here again. Great location, good value apts (for the 2nd time I was given a 2 bed apt despite only booking a 1 bed), decent price (by Dubai standards!)

The hospitality venue on the 52nd floor was very quiet (admittedly on a Sunday evening) and lacking in atmosphere.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond to enhance our stay.

In our 4 bedroom apartment which sleeps 8, there was only dishes and cups for 4 people. Though there were some pots and pans, there were no cooking utensils.

Great location right at the marina great view supermarket right next restaurants are close and there is in-house restaurant to all employees are very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Location, staff responsiveness and courtesy, facilities. The kitchenette’s comes in very handy for long stays and fall families who want to go cook on their own

Breakfast.food was always cold and didn’t have much variety. Bathroom amenities found new improve.

Location, very close to the Marina and not too far from the airport. Also close to trains and trams.

The kitchen is dirty and the fridge and oven are very old and dirty

Excellent communication , they stored our bags until check in, as we arrived early. The appartment was amazing with a balcony view of marina, large living room, spacious bedrooms all with ensuites and better than expected.The location was great, with a number of restaurants and supermarkets near hotel. The staff looked after us and provided good information about area and services and treated us like VIPs for our entire stay. We would definitely stay again.

These Suites a very generous, with plenty of room for the family. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The suite was done up to a nice standard but i found some common areas like the lifts a little tardy compared to the rooms. all in all its a great location with a great view of the marina and easy access to shops malls and harbour

There were guests with Dogs! which i didn't mind so much exempt the lifts were quite small and to be squashed up with other guests and their dogs wasnt something i had expected . beware if you dont like dogs

Property was in best location. Staff were very helpful. Hari, Lokesh, Hira and Arun were very helpful. All restaurants staff during breakfast were beyond expectations. Thank you very much. We will definitely stay again in this property soon

Amazing room, staff and food

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. The staff is exceptional every time! Special thanks to Janet and Halima at the front desk for always being so professional and helpful during my stays, you two are wonderful and thank you for all the recommendations of things to do with my Father! This time I visited with my Father, which it was his first time visits the UAE. The team exceeded my expectations with a special warm welcome for my Father. Upon arrival our room was ready and we had been upgraded to a room with balcony. A welcome fruit basket with cookies, and chocolates and special note awaited my Father. This made his entire trip! He felt so welcomed from day one and is in love with this hotel and staff - he is looking forward to returning to the Dubai Marriott Harbour, he says. Overall the hotel is great, the suites are very large making it the perfect accommodation for anyone or those traveling with family. I love that you can just walk down the front steps of the hotel and cross the street and your on the Marina Walk. You have everything you need close by grocery, pharmacy, hospital, restaurants, bars, beach, coffee shops, mall, you name it. WiFi works great if you need to get some things done online or are traveling for work. I also enjoy that they allow the delivery services (e.g. Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) to deliver to room at any time, which is great for when you don't feel like going anywhere. Lastly, it is very easy to get taxi or Uber from the hotel main entrance. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you to the entire staff, you all are amazing!

The apartment was cleaned daily including doing the dishes, also had bottles of drinking water and fresh towels provided daily which was nice. We just weren't sure if the sheets were changed during our 5night stay as it wasn't changed after our first night and every other time the rooms were cleaned in our absence. All the staff were nice and very helpful throughout our stay.

Fanatic Location, extra ordinary hospitality, stunning view from room and comfortable & luxury

I stayed with my family in the hotel. I was very happy with the help of Mr Yasser from the hotel bookings. The staff were very friendly. The apartment was clean and the service was very good. Will definitely stay in the Marriot when im nxt in Dubai.
